How does The Witherford Man work?
Every month, we courier deliver a box of puzzles, clues and story content to your door. (FREE Courier delivery included with your Subscription!) Also included in your box is links to our online video content, episodes which advance the storyline and help you figure out how to solve this month's box. Hidden amongst the box's contents, you might also find links to secret online material - if you're good enough sleuths to discover them!
Then, it's time to be ready for the next month's box...
What are my Subscription Options?
When you sign up for The Witherford Man, you're subscribing to a gripping series of seven boxes - Prologue to Chapter 6.
You can choose how you'd like to pay - weekly, monthly or all at once. (Discounts apply for Monthly and Up Front payments!)
Can I cancel my Subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your Subscription at any time. We charge your card on the 10th of each month. If you cancel before that date, you won't be charged for that month and your subscription will be ended.
To cancel, you need to email us and let us know you want to cancel your Subscription.
Can I buy The Witherford Man as a gift for someone?
You certainly can! The Witherford Man makes an amazing gift!
If you'd like the Subscription in someone else's name, and the box deliveries to go to a different address, please email us after you've made you purchase and let us know.
When do I get my Skype call with the characters?
You'll be invited to book your Skype call after you've received your box delivery. We'll email you a link to our online booking calendar, where you can pick a day and time that suits you.
Remember there are lots of other investigators out there, and Skype appointments are first come - first serve, so best to book early to be sure of getting the session you want.
When you book your Skype session, you'll be asked to enter your Skype I.D. You'll then receive a Skype call to that I.D. on the day and time you've chosen.
What if I need to change my Skype appointment?
If you need to change your Skype date or time, you can do so using our online appointment calender. (A link to the calender is emailed to you to make your booking once you've recieved that month's box). However, bear in mind that there are a lot of other players out there, and bookings are first come - first serve, so changing your session might mean your re-booking options are more limited.
What if I miss my Skype call?
We'll try three times to call you at your appointed session time. If you don't answer, we will have to move on to the next person.
You can re-book your call using our online appointment calendar (we email you a link after you receive your box) but only if there are available appointments remaining.
What if my box doesn't arrive?
Please let us know if you don't receive your box within 10 business days of purchase! We provide tracking with every order, so you we can trace where your parcel's gone to.
When am I charged for my Subscription?
Thereafter, you will be charged every Wednesday that your payment falls due.
